Sub: Enlistment of Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIA) under Para 2.55 of HBP 2015-20 

Dear Member,       

DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 12/2015-2020 dated 9^th June, 2022  by making additions in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-20 in terms of Para 2.55(d) of HBP 2015-20 with immediate effect. 

Further, additional areas of operation in respect of Agency at Sr. No. 3 is notified for a period up to 27^th December, 2023 only.  

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
