Sub: Two Days Certificate Course on Export & Import Management on 30th & 31st January, 2017 at Mumbai

The Council is glad to inform you that FIEO (WR) is organizing a Two Days Certificate Course on Export & Import Management.
The details of the Course are as follows:
Date: 30th & 31st January, 2017 (Monday & Tuesday)
Time: 10.30 am to 5.00 pm (Registration 10.00 am) Lunch - 1.30pm
Venue: FIEO Conference Room, Times Square, Unit No. 3A, B-wing, 4th floor, Andheri- Kurla Road, Opp. Mittal Industrial Estate, Andheri (E), Mumbai-59
Participation fees: Rs.4000/- for FIEO Members & Rs.4500/- for Non-members (including 15% Service Tax) (the package includes Study Material/Lunch & Tea/Coffee)
The objective of this Course is to acquaint on “How to enter and manage Export-Import business” and also to understand the various intricacies of International Trade– Documentation & Procedures. A Certificate of participation will also be awarded to the participating members.
The Course will cover the topics of a) Concepts In Import-Export, b) Organizing For Import-Export And Registration Process, c) Identification Of Product-Determinants, d) Identification of Overseas Buyer and Customer, e) Sources of Information, f) Terms of Payment, g) Shipment Procedure, h) Meaning and Importance of L/C, i) Central Excise, j) Export Finance, k) Payment Mechanism In International Business, l) Inco Term- 2010 and m) Import-Export Documentation and Procedure.
