Sub: Data for revision in ROSL rates for Made ups
Dear Member,
As you are aware, the Ministry of Textiles, had announced interim rates of ROSL scheme for Made ups after the introduction of GST vide Notification dated 27.6.2017 and stipulated that the final rates shall be notified later on receiving the recommendations of the Drawback Committee. The Ministry of Textiles has requested the Drawback Committee to give its recommendation on ROSL rates which will include all State taxes / levies not subsumed under ROSL.
In this regard, to help the Council for suggesting a suitable ROSL Rate for made-ups, it is requested to all concerned members to send us the data in the prescribed formats (attached) urgently.
The information should be sent at es@srtepc.in latest by Friday 28th July, 2017 positively.
