CBIC extends the due date for filing of FORM GSTR – 7 till 31st January, 2019

Sub.: CBIC extends the due date for filing of FORM GSTR – 7 till 31^st January, 2019

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued a Notification No. 66/2018- Central Tax dated 29^th  November, 2018 extending  the due date for filing of Form GSTR-7 for the months of October 2018 to December 2018 till 31^st January, 2019.

GSTR-7 is a monthly return to be filed by the persons required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the GST.
