Kindly refer to the Council’s earlier Circular No. ES/290/2018-19 dated November 26, 2018 informing about the progress of TUFS that was discussed during the 12th Technical Advisory Cum Monitoring Committee (TAMC) Meeting under Amended Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (ATUFS).
