Sub.: CBIC provides deeper tariff concessions in respect of specified goods when imported from ASEAN under the India-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement w.e.f. 01.01.2019
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that CBEC has issued Notification No.82/2018 – Customs dated 31st December, 2018 hereby making further amendments in the Notification No. No.46/2011-Customs, dated 1st June, 2011. Under this current Notification, the Government provides deeper tariff concessions in respect of 1589 specified goods imported from countries listed under the following Appendices:
