Sub.: CBIC amends Notification No. 152/2009-Customs dated 31.12.2009 so as to provide deeper tariff concessions in respect of specified goods imported from Korea RP under the CEPA w.e.f. 01^st January, 2019.

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 83/2018- Customs dated 31^st December, 2018 by amending Notification No.152/2009-Customs dated 31^st December, 2009 which was further amended by Notification No. 95/2017- Customs dated 22^nd December, 2017 regarding deeper tariff concessions on import of specified items from Korea RP under the India-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) w.e.f. 01^st January, 2019.
