Dear Sir,
Sub: Categorisation of Membership for Election
We would like to inform you that there will be Election held for the post of the Vice-Chairman in the month of March, 2019. In this regard, only those registered Members of the Council who have renewed their Membership for the year 2018-2019 and have also submitted export figures of Man-Made Textile Items falling under the purview of this Council are entitled to vote at the Election.
Keeping in view the forthcoming Election for the post of Vice-Chairman in the month of March, 2019; we are in the process of finalizing the eligibility of Members who are entitled to vote at the Election.
You are, therefore kindly requested to send the Proforma (download) duly filled in and signed by you clearly stating the exports of Man-Made Fibre Textile Items during the preceding three financial years i.e. 2015-2016, 2016-17 & 2017-18 on or before 28th February, 2019.
Please note that members who do not furnish the above information will not be eligible to vote for the forthcoming Election of the Vice-Chairman.
