Participation in "Morocco Fashion & Tex" in Casablanca - March 28-31, 2019

URGENT AND IMMEDIATE

Dear Participants,

We are glad to inform you that due to overwhelming response from our member-companies, participation in the above-mentioned Intl. Fair has been oversubscribed.  As a result, since all the 20 booths with MAI subsidy have already been booked, further booking can be made at specially discounted rates given by the Organizers (@Rs.2.40 lakhs for a 9 sqm. size/ @Rs.1.60 lakhs for a booth of 6 sqm. size).

A corner booth will additionally cost (@ Rs.6,000 for a booth of 9 sq.mtrs. and @ Rs.3,000 for a booth of 6 sq.mtrs.).  Allocation of Booths including Corner Booths will be decide through “Draw of Lots”.

It may be mentioned here that with the booking of booths under the above rates will also offer following furnitures/product display equipments, etc. (booth package) absolutely free without any additional cost:

1. For a 9 sqm booth: 1 discussion table, 3 chairs, 2 fabric-display stands (for fabric exhibitors); or 2 yarn shelves (for yarn exhibitors); or one fabric-display stand & one yarn shelf (for exhibitors of both Fabrics & Yarn); and Lights, Fascia-board & 1 waste paper basket.
2. For a 6 sqm booth: 1 discussion table, 2 chairs, 1 fabric-display stand, or 1 yarn shelf (depending on fabric or yarn products), and lights, fascia-board, and 1 waste paper basket.

Any extra requirement, other than the ones mentioned above, will be charged by the Organizers on actual rental charge basis.

Furthermore, participation in the above Intl. Fair in Casablanca through SRTEPC, will enable member-companies to avail the following assistance/services without any additional charges:

• Booking of hotel accommodation: The Council will offer options of few hotels with good rates for accommodation purpose.  Participants will also be free to book their own accommodation. 
• For obtaining visa: Though participants will have to obtain their visa on their own, SRTEPC in co-ordination with the Embassy of India will help participants to obtain their visas expeditiously
• Database of buyers : SRTEPC, based on its database, will offer a list of buyers/agents of textiles in Morocco
• “Dossier on Morocco” : Council will provide information about the Moroccan market of textiles & clothing and other necessary details needed by business travelers.
• A Fair Manual with details of the Event

SRTEPC participants will be accommodated at the “India Pavilion”.  In order to get focused attention of visiting buyers during the Fair, an “India Pavilion” at a Central location in the venue will be constructed.

Reimbursement of Cost of Airfares:

Eligible member-companies, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions provided by MAI guidelines, with an export turnover not exceeding Rs.30 crores in the previous financial year, will be able to claim reimbursement of cost of their Economy Class 2-way airfares. For more details. please refer the enclosed attachment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of participation will be decided based on the inputs given in the earlier Circular message of the Council.

How to Apply:

Since a few extra booths are available for booking under the above-mentioned categories, interested member-participants are requested to confirm their booth immediately with full payment and information needed through the duly filled in Application Form (download). Since a very limited booths are available, and also we have to close the participation within a couple of days’ time from now, acceptance of participation will be based on First-Come-First-Served basis In case any additional information/clarification is needed, in order to save time at this stage, you are absolutely free to speak to us on phone (022-62318211)
