Sub.: Monthly list of RoSL claims disbursed
Dear Member,
The Council has received a communiqué from the Ministry of Textiles vide dated 27th February, 2019 on the aforementioned subject.
As you are aware, the Council has been urging the Government for speedy disbursement of RoSL to all concerned members.
In this regard, your kind attention is invited to para 4.2 of Ministry of Textiles Notification No. 12020/03/2016-IT dated 12.08.2016 which states that “The rate and rebate shall be applicable only to exporters who have constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in pursuance of the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, and if the exporter has not claimed or shall not claim credit/rebate/reimbursement of these specific State Levies under any other mechanism”.
In view of the above, the Council requests all those members availing the benefit of RoSL and have constituted Internal Complaints Committee in pursuance of para 4.2 of above mentioned notification, if not, please do the needful and send us the details as per the following format –

Please send us this information by tomorrow i.e. 28th February, 2019 at ed@srtepc.in/ es@srtepc.in.
Please treat this matter as urgent and important for enabling the Council to send to the Ministry of Textiles, the names of those members who have complied with the above rules and therefore they are eligible for RoSL. Please act accordingly to avail the RoSL benefit which is going to be disbursed.
