Re: List of Events for SRTEPC for the year 2019-20
We are glad to inform you that, as part of the Council’s “Export Promotion Programmes” for 2019-20, the Council has decided to organize participation of member-companies in the following 11 Events, comprising 10 Int’l Fairs and 01 Reverse Buyers Sellers Meet (RBSM) in Mumbai for the year 2019-20:

In this context, in order to enable your company to plan in advance for participation in the listed International Fairs & RBSM of your interest, we request you to shortlist the Fairs of your choice, and please arrange to confirm the same by filling-in the REPLY FORM (download).
As for participation of member-companies in any of the above-mentioned Int’l Fairs, we would like to inform you that all eligible participants will be entitled to claim re-imbursement of the cost of air-fares (actual costs and the maximum ceiling, whichever is lower) of eligible representatives subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions. This re-imbursement on cost of 2-way air-fares will be available, in addition to the MAI subsidy, on the actual cost of participation charges given by the Organizers of the Events, through MAI Grant given by the Department of Commerce (DoC), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.
Whilst the details of the Fairs/RBSM including their participation fees, subsidy given through MAI Grants of the Govt., etc. are being worked out, and the same will be provided to you in due course, in order to confirm your participation, we request you to send us a token advance deposit of Rs.30,000/- for each of the events of your interest. This confirmation of your participation with the said advance deposit will enable your company to claim “Loyalty Discount”, which may range from Rs.5000/- to Rs.10,000/- --- depending on the size of booths and their participation charges for a particular Fair. Please note, no separate discount will be given subsequently to anyone for participation in the above Event.
In this context, kindly be assured that for any reason, in case, your company at a later date decides to withdraw/cancel participation in a particular Event or Events, you can communicate the same to us, and the Council will refund your token deposit in full paid by you for the respective event/s from, which you have withdrawn interest of participation.
Furthermore, we may also like to mention here that henceforth booth allocation to participating member-companies in all the Fairs will be based on “first-come-first-served” basis.
