Thank you for your response showing interest to be a part of the delegation to visit ITMA 2019 in Barcelona, Spain from 20 – 26^th, June 2019.

We have already received confirmation from 15 Member companies to be part of the delegation to ITMA 2019 in Barcelona.

• Cost of Spain Schengen Visa (Processing, Submission and Collection charges).
• Cost of Overseas Mediclaim Policy for the number of days of the tour (Up to the age of 55 years only).
• Customary gratuities and Tips to the service providers like the coach drivers and local guides.

Package Exclusions

• Meals, as specified.
• Cost of Entry Ticket to the Fair Ground.
• Passport making or renewal charges, Lunches.
• Cost of Immigration Suspension Charges (If Required)
• Any increase in the Air Fare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. Presently calculated on 1st Oct 2017 rates.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to the increase in the land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to the departure (Presently calculated at 1 EURO = 80 INR)
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the "Tour Package".

Members may choose any of the Package options for the visit.
