CBIC extends the due date for furnishing of FORM GST ITC-04 for the period July, 2017 to March 2019 till 30th June, 2019

Sub.: CBIC extends the due date for furnishing of FORM GST ITC-04 for the period July, 2017 to March 2019 till 30^th June, 2019

Dear Member,

We are pleased to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 15/2019- Central Tax dated 28th March, 2019 extending the due date for filing FORM GST ITC-04 for Job Work for the period July, 2017 to March, 2019 to 30^th June, 2019.

In this regard, the Council had earlier issued Circular No.ES/332 /2018-19  dated 5^th January, 2019 in which CBIC had issued Notification No 78/2018-Central Tax dated 31^st December, 2018 extending the due date to furnish Return for Job Work of the period July, 2017 to December, 2018 to 31^st March, 2019.
