Sub.: Monthly list of RoSL claims disbursed

Dear Member,

Your kind attention is drawn to Council’s earlier Circular Nos. Circular No.ES/395/2018-19 dated February 27, 2019 and ES/402/2018-19 dated March 2, 2019 requesting details of the following –

1. RoSL benefit availed by your firm and

2. Whether you have constituted an Internal Complaints Committee in pursuance of para 4.2 of Ministry of Textiles Notification No. 12020/03/2016-IT dated 12.08.2016.

Further, it was informed that those members who have availed the benefits under ROSL and not furnished the above information may provide immediately, otherwise their further claims under ROSL may not be processed by the concerned authorities.

Since the above information is required by the Ministry of Textiles urgently, it is once again requested to kindly send us this information by tomorrow, 25^th March, 2019 (Thursday) till 12 Noon at ed@srtepc.in/ es@srtepc.in.

Please treat this matter as most urgent and important for enabling the Council to send the details to the Ministry of Textiles.
