Sub:  Discontinuing submission of physical copy of RCMCs with effect from July 1, 2019 while filling application for incentives/entitlements under FTP

Dear Member,

This is to inform you that O/o DGFT has issued Trade Notice No. 12/2019-20 dated 13^th May, 2019 regarding discontinuation of the submission of physical copy of RCMCs with effect from 1^st July, 2019 while filing application for incentives / entitlements under FTP 2015-2020.

For improving ease of doing business and to reduce transaction cost, DGFT has now decided to discontinue the requirement of submission of physical copy of the RCMC w.e.f. July 1, 2019. For viewing the validity of your RCMC you may directly check the information from the DGFT’s data base once the Council uploads the data of RCMC on DGFT Website.

We would like to inform our members that the Council is in the process of uploading the RCMC on DGFT Website, and shall be intimated to you shortly on completion of the task. A Circular shall be issued by the Council in this regard.

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
