Sub: Amendment in import policy of biofuels
Dear Member,
Vide Notification No. 6/2015-2020 dated 24th May, 2019, O/o DGFT has amended the import policy of biofuels under Chapter 27 relating to Mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; mineral waxes, and Chapter 38 relating to Miscellaneous Chemical Products covered under ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule - I (Import Policy).
