Sub: Pending Government Dues against the applicant entities claiming benefits under the Target Plus Scheme in order to Implement the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court

Dear Member,

Regarding the above subject matter, the Council has received a communication from the Ministry of Textiles requesting the Council to provide the information about the pending dues of our members under the Target Plus Scheme.

The Ministry of Textiles has informed that pending dues under the Target Plus Scheme needs to be settled based on the judgement of the Supreme Court dated 27^th October, 2015 and on Cabinet approval for implementing the same on 12^th April, 2017.

Further, it may be informed that in case there are Govt. dues of these entities relating to concerned Ministry/Deparment, the entities would be asked to pay the dues and get NoC from the Ministry/Deparment before the claims under Target Plus Schemes are released.

In case your claims are pending with the Govt. under the Scheme then you may send us the updated information of your Company as per the format given below to es@srtepc.in; ed@srtepc.in latest by tomorrow evening i.e. 28^th May, 2019 to enable the Council to send a consolidated list to the Ministry by tomorrow itself.

Members may kindly make a note of the above and furnish the details immediately.
