Re: Your Participation in GOTEX, Sao Paulo, Brazil from September 10-12, 2019

As you are aware, SRTEPC is organising participation of member-companies in GOTEX, Brazil from September 10-12, 2019. Since Brazil is considered to be an undisputed leading textile market in the whole South American region and also Brazil does import a lot of textile raw materials including Fabrics, Made-ups, Yarn, & Fibre to cater to the growing requirement of its local vibrant Textile/Clothing Industry, participation in GOTEX will be a highly rewarding in terms of increasing our exports to Brazil. 

For making our participation in GOTEX more fruitful for the participating companies, SRTEPC is devising the following unique arrangements:

1. Special B2B Meetings: In order to enable SRTEPC member participants to make their visit to Brazil more rewarding and fruitful, the Council is also working on organizing Business Meetings for each company on “one-to-one” basis between participating member companies and their Brazilian buyers.
2. Common pool of Free Interpreters: As there is language problem in Brazil, it will be absolutely necessary for Indian participants to have Interpreters to ensure fruitful discussion with their Brazilian customers, SRTEPC is accordingly making arrangements to have a common pool of 4-6 interpreters for the member participants.
3. Exhibitors’ Catalogue in Portuguese: SRTEPC will prepare a separate Catalogue of the participating member companies in Portuguese. This dedicated SRTEPC Exhibitors’ Catalogue will have detailed product profiles of the exhibiting member companies that will be handy for the Brazilian visitors to the Event. SRTEPC Exhibitors’ Catalogue will be distributed among the visitors during the Fair.
4. Dossier on Brazil: SRTEPC is compiling a “Dossier on the Brazilian Market along with a reference list of prospective Brazilian Buyers”, which will be made available to its member participants for understanding the Brazilian market better.

SRTEPC is keeping provision of two types of display booths viz., 6 sqm & 9 sqm and participation charges for the same are Rs. 1,20,000/-  & Rs.1,90,000/- respectively. In addition to the above-mentioned special benefits, the participating companies through SRTEPC will also be able to avail the following benefits. 

1. Early Bird Discounts of Rs. 5,000/- (for 6 sq.mtrs. booth) and Rs.10,000/- (for 9 sq.mtrs. booth), till 19^th June 2019 only.
2. Reimbursement of cost of 2-way airfares: Companies may also like to avail reimbursement of costs of 2-way airfares for their participation in the Fair, subject to the fulfillment of certain MAI conditions. For more details please refer the enclosed attachment (Annexure – I (download)).

Cancellation Policy:

• 80% Cancellation charge, if participation is withdrawn on or before 20^th June, 2019.
• No refund will be available, if participation is withdrawn on any date thereafter.
• Last date of closing participation is Wednesday 26th June, 2019.
