Dear Member,
We are pleased to inform you that the O/o Addl. Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai has set up a Call Center to address doubts / queries / questions of exporters and importers (Press Release).
General information about foreign trade policy and international trade may also be asked.
In this regard, O/o Addl. DGFT, Mumbai has appointed special trained dedicated staff at the call center.
Members may reach the call center on 022-20820961, 022-20820962, 022-20820963 and 022-20820927 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm on all working days.
Members are requested to kindly make a note of the above and avail the opportunity made available by the O/o Addl. DGFT, Mumbai.
