Sub.: Waiver off late filing charges due to heavy rain on 02.07.2019
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that Air Cargo Complex, Sahar has issued Public Notice No. 16/2019-20 dated 4th July, 2019 waiving off late filing charges due to heavy rain on 02nd July, 2019.
Considering the impact of heavy rainfall and difficulties faced by members of Trade due to natural calamity, the late fee for 02nd July, 2019 which has become payable due to non-filing of Bills of entry on the day is waived off.
In such cases, the concerned Groups AC/DC will take the necessary action accordingly without submitting the same to ADC/JC (Import).
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
