Dear Sir,
As you are one of our esteemed and valuable Member, the Council would like to continue to serve you in the realm of export. However, as per our records, you have not renewed Membership of the Council for the financial year 2019-2020 (April -March). We have sent you reminders for the same, which you might have missed, inadvertently.
As you are aware, the Council issues Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for a period of five years, wherein the membership of the Council has to be renewed every year for the RCMC to remain valid. Hence non-payment of Membership renewal fees will result in discontinuation of Membership as well as cancellation of RCMC issued to you without any further notice. Moreover, we will have to inform all the concerned Government Authorities such as DGFT, Customs, Excise, Drawback etc. about the cancellation of your RCMC.
Although we are not aware of the reasons for non-renewal of your membership, in case, it has escaped your attention, we would like to kindly remind you vide this final reminder. If in case there are any other specific reasons including the inadequacy of services being provided by the Council, we would be happy to hear from you so that corrective measures can be taken by us in due course and provide us the opportunity to be of service.
In order to continue to avail the below mentioned services offered by the Council to its Members, we suggest, that you may renew your membership with the Council immediately.

Visa facilitation to visit specified markets to discuss business with their target customers.
Publication of Newsletter and regular circulars/letters to keep them aware of the activities of the Council and trade information.
Collection and dissemination of Industry / Trade statistics to help members make their export strategy for export.
Dissemination of information on foreign markets/emerging trends and trade enquiries
Make them aware about different Anti Dumping duties as applicable in respective markets. From time to time also inform them about Sunset Reviews and give them timely information on questionnaire to be filled in, etc.

Please refer to our circular no: Sec/Mem/1669 dated 29th March 2019 along with our subscription memo and subsequent reminders, requesting you to renew membership of the Council for the year 2019-2020. We regret to inform you that the Council has not received your payment for membership renewal till date.
Hence you are once again requested to send immediately the membership Subscription fee for the year 2019-2020 amounting to Rs.12,331/- (Rs.8,201/- only for S.S.I. Units)
We would also like to inform you that only those members who renew their membership for the year 2019-2020 on or before 7th August 2019 shall be considered eligible to vote and stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held on 28th September 2019 subject to fulfilment of other conditions.

Sub: Renewal of Membership for the year 2019-2020
Please refer to our Circular No: Sec/Mem/1669 dated 29th March, 2019 along with our Subscription Memo and subsequent reminders, requesting you to renew membership of the Council for the year 2019-2020. We regret to inform you that the Council has not received your payment for membership renewal till date.

You will also not be in a position to take advantage of the various services of the Council including participation in our various promotional programmes namely “Source India 2019 “, SRTEPC’s flagship Global Reverse Buyers Sellers Meet from August 21st to 23rd 2019 at Mumbai.
As informed to you earlier the Council has already completed the task of uploading the RCMC of our renewed members on DGFT Website which is mandatory now so that these members shall be eligible to claim the incentives granted to them by the Government. You are therefore kindly requested to renew your membership in time so as to enable us to upload your RCMC too on the DGFT Website so as to help you avail various benefits like MEIS, DFIA, RoSCTL, EPCG, Status Holder, Advance Authorisation (AA) etc., granted by the DGFT.
Moreover, we would also like to inform you that only those members who renew their membership for the year 2019-2020 shall be considered eligible to vote and stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held in the last week of September, 2019.

Sub: Renewal of Council's Membership for the year 2019-2020
Dear Sir,
We are pleased to send herewith the Subscription Memo for renewal of your Membership of the Council for the year 2019-2020.
Kindly note that the annual fee is Rs. 12331/-. However, for S.S.I Units, the fees will be Rs. 8201/-. The above said fees also include the G.S.T. charge @ 18%. The Membership fee should be paid latest by 30th April 2019.
Members enrolling in the category of Manufacturers with the Council and holding valid S.S.I. Certificate issued by the competent Government Authority for production of items which fall under the purview of the Council i.e. Synthetic and Rayon textile items, are eligible for Membership under SSI Manufacturer Category. The membership fee for such members will be Rs.8201/- only (For other Members i.e. Non-SSI, it is Rs.12331/-) To avail of this concession, please send copy of valid S.S.I. Certificate for Synthetic & Rayon items along with the payment.
We would like to bring to your attention that non-payment of the membership fee will lead to the cancellation of membership and consequently the cancellation of Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) granted as per the direction of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 of the Government of India. You are therefore, requested to send us your Cheque / Demand Draft in accordance with the enclosed subscription memo at the earliest but not later than 30th April 2019.
We also like to inform you that the Council has made all arrangements for online renewal of membership as well as online issuance of RCMC w.e.f 1st April 2018, you will be able to renew your membership online through Council’s website membership.srtepc.org. Please note that your company IEC code is your user id and you click on ‘forgot password’, you will receive your login details on your registered email id, which will enable you to access your RCMC account online.
