Sub.: CBIC extends the date from which the facility of blocking & unblocking of e-way bill facility

 Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 36/2019- Central Tax dated 20^th August, 2019 extending the due date of the facility for blocking & unblocking of e-way bill facility, as per the provision of Rule 138E of CGST Rules, 2017 from 21^st August, 2019 to 21^st November, 2019.        

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
