Sub.: Warehouse (Custody and Handling of Goods) Amendment Regulations, 2019
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 70/2019 – Customs (NT) dated 1st October, 2019 by making amendments in the Warehouse (Custody and Handling of Goods) Regulations, 2016.
The amended regulations shall be called as the Warehouse (Custody and Handling of Goods) Amendment Regulations, 2019 and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
