Sub.: FORM GSTR-1 Due date if aggregate turnover exceeds Rs. 1.5 crore
Dear Member,
CBIC has issued Notification No. 46/2019 – Central Tax dated 9th October, 2019 extending the due date for furnishing the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for registered persons having aggregate turnover more than 1.5 crore rupees for the months from October, 2019 to March, 2020 till the 11th of the succeeding month.
The time limit for furnishing the return for the months of October, 2019 to March, 2020 shall be subsequently notified in the Official Gazette.
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
