This is to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 48/2019 – Central Tax dated 9th October, 2019 notifying the due dates for furnishing the returns by registered persons whose principal place of business is in the State of Jammu and Kashmir and having aggregate turnover of more than Rs. 1.5 crore in the preceding financial year or the current financial year –
