Sub.: First time export of goods - Verification of Documents

Dear Member,

Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No. 26/2019 dated 14^th October, 2019 regarding verification of Documents for First time export of goods.

Your kind attention is invited to Public Notices Nos. 21/2010 dated 21^st May, 2010, 10/2014 dated 31^st July, 2014, 04/2015 dated 6^th February, 2015 and 6/2017 dated 16^th February, 2017 on the above subject. All these Public Notices shall ‘mutatis mutandis’ apply to First Time Export goods via Air cargo Complex (Export Commissionerate).

The exporter may submit the verification of clearance (LEO/ OOC) from any of the ports falling under any Mumbai Customs Zones. Concerned Authority shall treat such document as proof of verification of First time Exporter.

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
