Sub: EPCG Scheme: Data on cases where Export Obligation not fulfilled
Dear Member,
The Council has received a message from the DGFT based discussions with Hon'ble CIM on 19.12.2019 at Udyog Bhawan, all EPCs and Commodity Boards were requested to provide data regarding the cases from their exporters where “Export Obligation (EO) has remained unfulfilled after expiry of EO period against EPCG authorizations”.
In this regards the members who are facing the issue under “EPCG Scheme: Data on cases where Export Obligation not fulfilled” are requested to kindly send the data to the Council on or before 24th Dec 2019 to es@srtepc.in mail id in the prescribed format (download).
This information is sought by the DGFT on urgent basis.
