Sub: Pending GST refunds
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to Council’s earlier Circular No. ES/201/2019-20 dated 19th December, 2019 seeking details of pending GST/ IGST details and forwarding the same to the Ministry of Textiles.
Now, the Council has received a message from the O/o DGFT based discussions with Hon'ble CIM on 19.12.2019 at Udyog Bhawan wherein all EPCs and Commodity Boards were requested to provide data regarding Pending GST Refunds to their exporters.
In this regard, members are requested to kindly send the data to the Council till 24th Dec 2019 to es@srtepc.in in the prescribed format (download).
This information is sought by the O/o DGFT on urgent basis.
