Sub.: Details related to pending input credits from GST system
Dear Member,
The Council has been receiving representations from many of our members regarding pending Input Credits from the GST System. In this regard, you may be aware that we have taken up this issue with Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and also with the GST Commissionerates at various Jurisdictions on a case-to-case basis. There are many such issues which are resolved and a few still pending.
The Council has now received a message from the Ministry of Textiles requesting us to provide the details of our members with regard to pending input credits from GST system for enabling them to take up the matter with the Department of Revenue (DoR).
The details should be sent to us in the Format given below –
