Sub: Notification issued to prescribe due dates for filing of return in FORM GSTR-3B in a staggered manner
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 7/2020 –Central Tax dated 3rd February, 2020 by making amendments in Notification No. 44/2019 – Central Tax dated 9th October, 2019 regarding the due dates for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B
Taxpayers having an aggregate turnover of up to Rs.5 Crore in the previous financial year and whose principal place of business is in the following States/ Union Territories shall furnish FORM GSTR-3B for the months of January, 2020, February, 2020 and March, 2020 on or before the 22nd February, 2020, 22nd March, 2020, and 22nd April, 2020, respectively-
Chhattisgarh,
Madhya Pradesh,
Gujarat,
Maharashtra,
Karnataka,
Goa,
Kerala,
Tamil Nadu,
Telangana or Andhra Pradesh
Union territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli,
Puducherry,
Andaman and Nicobar Islands
Lakshadweep
Taxpayers having an aggregate turnover of up to Rs.5 Crore in the previous financial year and whose principal place of business is in the following States/ Union Territories shall furnish FORM GSTR-3B for the months of January, 2020, February, 2020 and March, 2020 on or before the 22nd February, 2020, 22nd March, 2020, and 22nd April, 2020, respectively –
