Sub: Electronic Sealing -Deposit in and removal of goods from Customs Bonded Warehouses

Dear Member,

CBIC had received representations from e-seal vendors to defer the implementation of Circular No. 10/2020-Customs dated 7^th February, 2020. In view of the above, CBIC had decided to defer the implementation of Circular No. 10/2020-Customs till 30^th April, 2020.

In this regard, CBIC has now issued Circular No. 16/2020- Customs dated 16^th March, 2020 extending the date of implementation to 1^st May, 2020.

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
