Sub.: CBIC seeks to specify the class of persons who shall be exempted from aadhar authentication
Dear Member,
CBIC has issued Notification No. 17/2020-Central Tax dated 23rd March, 2020 seeking to specify the following class of persons who shall be exempted from aadhar authentication-
(a) Individual;
(b) authorised signatory of all types;
(c) Managing and Authorised partner;
(d) Karta of an Hindu undivided family.
Please note that this notification shall be deemed to come into force with effect from 1st April, 2020.
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
