Sub.: CBIC extends the exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess upto 31.03.2021 on goods imported against AA/EPCG authorizations.
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No.18/2020- Cus dated 30th March, 2020 extending the exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess upto 31st March, 2021 on goods imported against Advance Authorization (AA)/ Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) authorizations.
