Sub: Option to record the willingness to avail ATUFS subsidy before scrutiny in iTUFS portal
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that in continuation to Order No.6/5/2015-TUFS dated 13th April, 2020 issued by Ministry of Textiles notifying modifications in para 10.5.2 (ATUFS guidelines), the O/o Textile Commissioner has now issued a Circular vide File No. 12(1)/ATUFS/Policy/2019/TUFS/
This option is applicable to all such claims under ATUFS which have been recommended by JIT but the report is waiting scrutiny by Competent Authority as per delegation of powers.
Please make a note of the following:
Concerned members may kindly log into their iTUFS account, click on ATUFS application>>Release of subsidy against BG (ATUFS) and record their willingness to exercise the option. The window for recording response will be available till 25th April, 2020 (6 PM).
Units with claims under objection will not be eligible for this provision, hence the window will not appear in their iTUFS account.
Based on response from units and availability of funds, view would be taken by the Ministry on quantum of subsidy to be released against BG.
Detailed operational guidelines would be issued subsequently.
