Sub: Renewal of Membership with SRTEPC for the year 2020-2021
Dear Sir / Madam,
Warm Greetings!!
With reference to the above subject, as informed earlier by our Circulars message dated 31st March, 2020 (Ref: Secy/Mem/1728), we requested for the renewal of your company’s membership with SRTEPC.
However, in case, for any reason, you haven’t received our above mentioned Circular message, we would like to give you a ‘soft reminder’ for the renewal of membership of your company soon, since the new Financial Year - 2020 to 2021 has already begun, and hence, it’s already time for your company to arrange renewal of its membership with SRTEPC for 2020 to 2021.
Your renewal of membership at an earliest date will help us get an opportunity to continue our service to your company without any break to enable you to avail our all benefits for expansion of your export-trade with your target prospective customers (Buyers) across the world.
In this regard, as you are aware, the amount of renewal of membership fee (annual) is Rs 12,331/-. However, members, who are enrolling in the category of Manufacturer with the Council, and are holding valid S.S.I. certificate, issued by the competent authority in the Govt. for production of items, which are falling under the purview of the Council (i.e. Synthetic and Rayon textiles items), the renewal of membership fee will be subsidised for such members to Rs 8,201/- only. All the above mentioned fees are inclusive of 18% GST.

Please note that your company “IEC CODE” is your “USER ID”, and when you CLICK on ‘forgot password’, you will receive your login details on your registered email id, which will automatically enable you to access your membership (RCMC) online.
For any unavoidable circumstances, if you can’t go through the above stated Online process, you are also free to pay your membership fees/ charges by Bank transfer (Neft/IMPS), based on the following Bank details:

In case of payment by bank transfer, please email us your payment details to deniza@srtepc.in, do write your company name, IEC number as well as GSTIN number. If you have already made your payment for renewal of your membership, we request you to kindly share your payment details with us by email to deniza@srtepc.in / rafique@srtepc.in.
However, in spite of the above mentioned online payment methods, for any reason, if you can not go through the necessary steps, you may simply write to Ms Deniza - deniza@srtepc.in & Mr Rafique - rafique@srtepc.in.
