Sub: Further Amendment of Public Notice No.54/2020 dated 27.03.2020
Dear Member,
Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No.80/2020 dated 11th May, 2020 on the above subject.
In this regard, you may refer Public Notice No. 54/2020 dated 27th March, 2020 which as later amended vide Public Notice No. 65/2020 dated 17th April, 2020, issued for waiver of late fee.
Keeping in view the further extension of Lockdown period till 17th May, 2020, para.3 of Public Notice No. 54/2020, mentioning “—IGM filed on or after 20th March, 2020, if filed late for clearance of import consignment”, shall be read amended as “—IGM filed on or after 20th March, 2020 , but on or before 17.05.2020, if filed late on or before 20.05.2020, for clearance of import consignment”.
Please note that the other content of Public Notice No.54/2020 dated 27th March, 2020, and Public Notice No. 65/2020 remain unchanged. Therefore Public Notice No. 54/2020 dated 27th March, 2020 stands amended to this extent .
