Dear Member,

Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No. 98/2020 dated 13th July, 2020 on the above subject.

To minimize the physical contact during this period of COVID- 19 pandemic, it is decided that request for -

1) amendment and/or waiver of late fee in Bill of Entry,

2) including any request/submission for clearance of pending consignments, and

3) refund claims,

Please make a note of the following -

The above email ids are of the Deputy/ Assistant Commissioners of the respective Groups/ Sections.
In case, the concerned Officer is temporarily working from home, he will immediately convey to the DC/AC on the roster in office.
The concerned Officer available in office will act upon the request received through such email, and keep record of the disposal of such requests.
A copy of the email request should be endorsed by trade to Shri M.K. Sarangi, ADC on sarangi.68@gov.in for requests pertaining to Gr. II, III, VA, VB and Refund/ CRC and Shri Vishal Sanap, ADC on vishal.sanap@gov.in for requests pertaining to Gr, I, IV, V, VI and Import Shed who shall monitor the disposal of such requests.
