As you are aware, Covid-19 is one of the biggest disaster mankind has ever faced in recent times, bringing disruption to the human life worldwide. Health concerns over COVID-19 are increasing around the world and causing significant business impact—particularly when it comes to delivering events. In today’s situation visiting foreign buyers or meeting them personally in office or any International Exhibition is not possible. Situations are tough for travelling and the risk associated is high. In such difficult time it becomes more challenging to grow and develop new customers, understand market requirement, and move forward. So help you overcome all these difficulties, Council has planned to organize RBSM Source India 2020 on Virtual Platform. By participating in the Virtual platform, Exhibitors will have a chance to stay connected and meet buyers during a time when travel restrictions are in place. Virtual platform will offer an opportunity for Indian suppliers to reconnect with current customers and meet new buyers too.

Number of Buyers : 250 buyers
Participation Fee for members: Rs. 15,000 plus 18% GST

(Non-members are required to become member of the Council to participate in the above event)

Participation will be accepted: On First-come-first-service basis with full payment.

Please note, each exhibitor will get only 6 hours of meeting in a day. If any exhibitor will need any extra time for meeting, it will be available on extra charge.

Terms & Conditions of participation :

Participation in the above event is reserved only to the members of the Council. Any other exporters, who wish to participate in the event, are required to become a member of the Council.
Due to limited space, the participation will be accepted on “First-Come-First-Serve” basis with full payment.
Once payment done by the exhibitor for the above event, refund will not be entertained.
Since the Buyers from world over will be attending the above Fair on virtual platform, which will be live for 24 hrs for 3 days, Exhibitors needs to attend their booth accordingly.
Exhibitors will be displayed as per the alphabetical order from A-Z.
The decision of the Management would be final in case of any confusion/dispute.
