Dear Member,
This is to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No.77/2020-Customs (N.T.) dated 17th August, 2020 by making amendments in the Special Warehouse (Custody and Handling of Goods) Regulations, 2016,
These regulations may be called the Special Warehouse (Custody and Handling of Goods) Amendment Regulations, 2020, and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Members may kindly make a note of the above amendments.
