Sub: Amendment in Export Policy of Nitrile/ NBR Gloves
Dear Member,
Vide Notification No. 42/2015-2020 dated 22nd October, 2020, DGFT has made amendments in the Notification No. 29 dated 25th August, 2020 amending the Schedule 2 of the ITC HS Export policy related to the export of Nitrile/ NBR Gloves as per the product description given below:
Effect of this Notification:
Notification No. 29 dated 25th August, 2020 is amended to the extent that the export policy of Nitrile/NBR Gloves exported under above mentioned HS Codes or any other HS Code is revised from “Prohibited” to “Restricted” category.
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
