Sub: Important Check-points in Anti-dumping Investigations against Indian Exports

Dear Member,

Kindly refer to the Council’s earlier Circular No. MR/2019-20 dated 10th May, 2019 regarding Check-points in Anti-dumping Investigations against Indian Exports

As you may be aware, the Trade Defence Wing in Directorate General of Trade Remedies is in the process of analysing the Anti-dumping investigations conducted by different investigation Authorities against Indian Exporters/ Domestic Industry to understand the procedures followed by the other Investigating Authorities and to see if they are complying with the WTO norms or not. 

In this regard, please find given below the List of ongoing Anti-Dumping investigations against India during 2018-19 and the attached Questionnaire sent by the Directorate, which needs to be duly filled by member-exporters of the Council who have been subjected to Anti-dumping Investigations. In case, your Company has been facing Anti-dumping Investigations from countries mentioned in the below list, you are requested to kindly give inputs on the Questionnaire and send to the Council.
