Dear Sir,
The Council will be bringing out Executive Diaries for the year 2016. The Diaries will be distributed among importers of textiles abroad, leading Chambers of Commerce and Organizations of textile Industry and Trade overseas, besides Indian Missions as well as members of the Council. It is a unique medium for publicising your company’s products.
The SRTEPC Diary will carry advertisement Full page/ Half page and strips of members of the Council. We invite you to avail of this facility to promote your products. The advertisement can carry information about your company like name, address, phone, fax, E-mail, website and on the products manufactured by you and/or available for export.
Your advertisement matter should be sent to the Council as per the enclosed proforma (Artwork will not be accepted for strips). The overall size of the Diary will be 21 cms. x 15 cms. in which advertisement space will be available as given in the below table. The cost of printing of 3000 nos. dairies (21 cms. x 15 cms.) will be covered with advertisements to be received as follows:

The diaries will be distributed in the first week of January, 2016.
Members interested in availing of this facility are requested to fill in the attached form and send it along with the appropriate payment vide cheque/draft drawn in favour of THE SYNTHETIC & RAYON TEXTILES EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL, MUMBAI at the earliest but not later than 10th December, 2015 (MEMBERS OUTSIDE MUMBAI SHOULD SEND PAYMENT BY DEMAND DRAFT ONLY). Entries received after this date will not be accepted. Kindly note that due to limited space available in Diary, the advertisements will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
