Dear Sir,
Sub: Renewal of Council's Membership for the year 2016-2017
We have already sent to you the Subscription memo for renewal of your membership for the year 2016-2017 by post. The membership fee should be paid latest by 15th April, 2016. The annual fee is Rs.11,393/- (including service tax 14.50%). However for Companies submitting S.S.I. Certificate for Synthetic and Rayon Textile items, the fee is only Rs.7385/- (including service tax 14.50%).
Please note that for Renewal of Membership you need to submit your Company details & a Self-Certified Statement of exports made during the previous two years on synthetic/rayon products which fall under the purview of our Council. Kindly fill & send your details as per format (download) along with the payment to renew your membership.
We would like to bring to your kind attention that non-payment of the membership fee will lead to the cancellation of membership and consequently the cancellation of Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) granted as per the direction of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 of the Government of India. You are therefore, requested to send us your Cheque / Demand Draft in accordance with the enclosed subscription memo at the earliest but not later than 15th April, 2016.
Members who are enrolled in the category of Manufacturers in the Council and holding valid S.S.I. Certificate issued by the competent Government Authority for production of items which fall under the purview of the Council i.e. Synthetic and rayon textile items are eligible for concession and membership fee will be only Rs.7385/- (For other members it is Rs.11,393/-).
To avail of this concession, a copy of valid S.S.I. Certificate for synthetic & rayon textile items is to be submitted along with the payment or else your payment will not be accepted.
We look forward to the renewal of your Membership and would request you to send us the subscription amount by crossed Cheque or Demand Draft * drawn in favour of "The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council" payable at Mumbai at the earliest. Members may also pay the renewal fee at the Regional Offices of the Council both at New Delhi and Surat to expedite the process.
