Sub: Implementation of Integrated Declaration
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) Circular No.10/2016-Customs dated 15th March, 2016 implementing the ‘Indian Customs Single Window Project’ to facilitate trade.
The Department of Revenue (CBEC), Ministry of Finance, has written, vide its letter dated 31.03.2016 addressed to all Principal Commissioners/ Commissioners of Customs & Excise, Customs (Preventive) with regard to implementation of the Single Window “Integrated Declaration” with effect from April 01, 2016 that was earlier notified by CBEC Circular No.10/2016-Cus dated 15.03.2016 wherein it was informed that the ‘Bill of Entry’ will be replaced by an ‘Integrated Declaration’ which covers all information required for import clearance by the other government agencies.
