Sub: Open House for Applicant on every Wednesday in all RA offices
Dear Member,
We are glad to inform you that the Office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai has issued Trade Notice No.1/2016 dated 5th April, 2016 inviting members of Trade for an Open House Meeting.
As you are aware, DGFT’ had issued Trade Notice No. 22/2015 dated 31st March, 2016 wherein it has been decided that there will be an Open House for applicants on every Wednesday in all RA offices.
Accordingly, it is informed by the Regional Authority (RA) in Mumbai that they will be organizing an Open House for applicants on every Wednesday in the Conference Room of the Office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai between 3.00 PM and 4.00 PM.
During this period concerns / pending issues of applicants raised by them will be addressed by the officers concerned, who will make themselves accessible in the Conference Room of the Office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai.
Please be informed that the above facility is in addition to the already existing facility of Open Interview with the Officers.
We request our Members to make use of this facility so that the queries get resolved at the earliest.
