DGFT has amended FTP Para 5.04 relating the EPCG Export Obligation

Sub : DGFT has amended FTP Para 5.04 relating the EPCG Export Obligation.

Dear Member,

DGFT has issued Notification No.06/2015-2020 dated 3^rd May, 2016 amending the Paragraph 5.04(h) of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.

Instead of Appendix 3E, Appendix 5D will be notified where Payment received in Rupee terms for such services shall also be counted towards discharge of Export Obligation under EPCG Scheme.

Accordingly, a new Appendix 5D is being notified containing list of services, payments for which are received in Rupee terms and which are to be counted for fulfilment of Export Obligation under EPCG scheme.

Appendix 3E shall not be applicable for EPCG scheme.

Appendix 5D is notified vide Public Notice No. 04/2015-20 dated 03.05.2016
