We are glad to inform you that the Council will be participating in the 19th International Istanbul Yarn Fair in Turkey in the month of February 2023.

About International Istanbul Yarn Fair
International Istanbul Yarn Fair has become the World’s Second biggest yarn fair. The fair attracts buyers from various locations in Turkey and from more than 86 countries. The fair stands out as an opportunity not to be missed for yarn companies that want to access new markets.
The Success of International Istanbul Yarn Fair in 2022 (Previous edition)
(1) The last edition of the fair i.e. 18th International Istanbul Yarn Fair held in February 2022 had participation of 255 exhibitor companies and company representatives from 15 countries and 10282 professional visitors from 86 countries.
(2) Buyers from countries in Western Europe, North- South America, Latin America, West and Central Asia, Balkans & East Europe, Middle East, Caucasia and Africa in addition to Turkey had visited the exhibition.
(3) Visitor Satisfaction rate (International Istanbul Yarn Fair in 2022)
92% of visitors plan to visit the fair next year. 84% of the visitors recommended the fair to their business contacts. 94% of the visitors expressed very high level of satisfaction with the show.

Participation Fees
The event is covered under Market Access Initiatives (MAI) of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India subject to the prescribed conditions.
We are pleased to offer you a subsidized participation fees of Rs.1,70,000/- for a 9 sq. mtr booth with standard accessories. Further, eligible exporters under MAI guidelines will be re-imbursed airfare of Rs. 75,000/- (economy class air travel) or actual (whichever is lower) or a lumpsum amount subject to the final approval from the Ministry. The participation fees will include : 1 Wooden Table, 4 Chairs, 1 Info Desk, 2 Yarn Shelves, Fascia Board with booth number, Standard Carpet, 1 spotlight (75W) for each 3m2, 1 plug group socket (220 volt), 1 Dustbin.
Visa
SRTEPC will issue the Visa Recommendation letter to the participants.

For payment of participation fee, please send us Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai for Rs.1,70,000/- (Non-refundable) towards participation fees. For online payment details are as under:
Please note that we have limited space and preference will be given on the basis of “First Come First Serve Basis” and on receipt of full participation fees. SRTEPC reserves the right to select the participants and also to allocate the Booths/Raw Space.
