Sub: Concessional Rates of Duty under India-Malaysia Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (IMCECA) w.e.f. 30th June, 2016
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that CBEC has issued Notification No.40/2016-Customs dated 21st June, 2016 hereby making further amendments in the Notification No.53/2011 - Customs, dated the 1st July, 2011. The Government has provided deeper tariff concessions in respect of 1630 specified goods imported from Malaysia under the India-Malaysia Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (IMCECA). This notification shall come into force with effect from 30th June, 2016.
