Sub: Invitation for comments / observations on Model GST Law
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that the Directorate General of Taxpayer Services (DGTS) has sent a communication to the Council, vide their letter No.DGTS/ 60/2016 dated 20thJuly, 2016 requesting comments from our members on Model GST Law.
The Model GST has been in the public domain and the same is available at the website mygov.in and also at CBEC website. i.e. www.cbec.gov.in Links for downloading the Model GST Law are as given below:

We request you to kindly send your comments to the Council on the Model GST Law at the earliest, for enabling the Council for making a submission to the Directorate General of Taxpayer Services (DGTS).
