The Council propose to organize participation of its members at IRANTEX to be held in Tehran, Iran from October 15-18, 2023.
IRANTEX offers a unique opportunity for exporters to showcase latest range of textile products, meet leading buyers and negotiate profitable business deals.

About IRANTEX
IRANTEX is an exhibition for textiles products. This event showcases products from Textiles including Fabrics, Home textiles & Yarns industry. IRANTEX was started in 1989 and this year, it is the 29th edition. The fair has gained reputation and attracts buyers from Iran and other Countries.

Participation Fees: Rs.2.43 Lakhs for a booth of 9 sqm
The event is covered under Market Access Initiatives (MAI) of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India subject to the prescribed conditions.
We are pleased to offer you a subsidized participation fees of Rs.2.43 Lakhs for a 9 sq. mtr booth with standard accessories. Further, eligible exporters under MAI guidelines will be re-imbursed airfare of Rs.90,000/- (Economy class air travel) or actual (whichever is lower) or a lumpsum amount subject to the final approval from the Ministry. A copy of relevant extracts of MAI guidelines is enclosed herewith (refer Annexure A (click to download)).
The participation package (per 9 SQM) includes an octanorm booth with wall panels, carpet, power socket, fascia, 3 chairs, 1 round table, 1 information counter, 3 spotlights, dustbin, listing in exhibition for each company.
Visa
SRTEPC will issue the Visa Recommendation letter to the Participants.

For participation, please fill the online Application Form (click to view) (along with the full participation fee of Rs.2.43 Lakhs by Cheque / DD to be drawn in favour of ““The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai”. Withdrawal & Refund of Participation Fee :
Members may please note that after allotment of booth, withdrawal /No show will not be allowed, and the amount deposited along with application will be forfeited.
